This rotary kiln system was tailored for Zibo Qixiang Tengda Chemical Co., Ltd. to deal with the hazardous, such as, solid waste, sludge, waste liquids, and other chemical wastes generated during the normal operation. This rotary kiln system would helpful for reducing harmful emissions effectively and making the production process environmentally friendly to meet the aims of the company’s operation.
This rotary kiln system has capability of centralized disposal of hazardous waste for this project is 30,000 tons per year, and 100 tons per day approximately. The system also could produces 11 tons per hour of superheated steam at 4.2 MPa and 435°C, which could integrate into the factory's pipeline network to be reutilized. The calorific value and composition of hazardous waste to be treated after mixing are as follows:

The system occupies an area of 33 meters by 108 meters, which includes process units such as solid waste pre-treatment and conveyance, incineration and waste heat recovery, rapid cooling of flue gas, dust removal, and desulfurization and denitrification. This achieves the standard emission of flue gas after the centralized disposal of hazardous waste.
