The boiler adopts the medium-pressure medium-temperature steam parameter design, and the overall layout is a single-cylinder horizontal chamber combustion structure, integrating the dual functions of industrial waste gas coordinated treatment and steam production. In the circulation system, in addition to the natural circulation main loop, an emergency forced circulation backup pipeline is configured to enhance system reliability. The front part of the furnace adopts a modular membrane water-cooled wall suspension system, which forms a three-level gradient heat exchange system (superheater-evaporator-condensing economizer) with the rear heat exchange unit, and the tail heating surface adopts a corrosion-resistant alloy support frame.
The combustion system adopts a dual-fuel adaptive low-nitrogen burner, combined with the graded wind distribution cyclone technology to achieve efficient incineration of exhaust gas. The pressure-bearing parts adopt a full suspension and elastic support composite structure, in which the boiler drum is fixed to the top of the steel structure by a hydraulic self-balancing hanger. The steel structure system uses an anti-seismic node design and integrates an intelligent detection walkway system. Especially in the waste heat recovery section, the innovative use of spiral finned tube heat exchange components improves thermal efficiency by 12% compared with traditional designs.
Compared with conventional boilers, this equipment integrates a flue gas recirculation system and is equipped with a multi-stage SCR reaction zone.
