Brief  Introduction:

Bulk solid heat exchanger Duplex steel DSS2205 material: 50% higher resistance to chloride ion corrosion than SUS304, suitable for cooling/heating of fertilizers (urea, NPK) and strong acid chemicals (ammonium sulfate, calcium chloride).
Wide plate spacing design (15mm): prevents blockage of high-viscosity particles (such as resin-coated sand, coal powder), and improves processing efficiency by 30%.
Fully welded sealed structure: leakage rate <0.01%, in line with ASME standards, and withstands long-term corrosion of pH 1-3 strong acid media.
