Brief  Introduction:

In view of the characteristics of flue gas from high-salt wastewater incineration (containing 3-5 times the amount of sodium chloride/sulfate particles as conventional dust, which is prone to Cl⁻ stress corrosion), the modular plate heat exchanger improves the bulging plates and optimizes the flow channel design (channel height 25-35mm, corrugated plates 30°-45° overlap), increasing the dust flow rate to 0.8-1.2m/s (supercritical value 0.5m/s), achieving a reduction in deposition rate of more than 60%.
