Brief  Introduction:

The pillow-shaped plate is formed by spot welding two metal plates through laser welding or resistance welding process, and combined with hydraulic expansion technology to form a wavy flow channel, which has the characteristics of sealing, structural stability, high pressure resistance (100 Bar), and high temperature resistance (800℃). According to design requirements, it can be divided into:
Single-layer embossed plate‌: The base plate is thicker (≥2mm), and the top thin plate is expanded and formed, which is suitable for jacketed containers and static heat transfer scenarios;
Double-layer embossed plate‌: The double thin plates are symmetrically expanded to form a modular heat exchanger stacking unit, which is suitable for dynamic heat transfer requirements;
Flow guide baffle design‌: The flow direction of the fluid is guided through the weld to optimize the flow velocity distribution and heat transfer efficiency.
