This project utilizes our company’s catalytic oxidation system, with the wide-channel plate heat exchanger serving as one of the core components.
The cold side of the heat exchanger is waste gas, which contains propylene, propane, formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, acrolein, acetic acid, acrylic acid, etc., and the hot side is hot flue gas. Since the catalyst is very sensitive to the reaction temperature, deviation from the temperature range will lead to failure to react or inadequate reaction; in this project, the wide channel plate heat exchanger stabilizes the temperature before and after the catalytic reaction within ±2°C of the design temperature.
