Overview:

The air-to-air pillow plate heat exchanger has revolutionized the traditional air-to-air heat exchange mode with its unique pillow plate structure. The special concave-convex design of the plate greatly increases the heat exchange area, and with the efficient countercurrent or cross-current heat exchange principle, it significantly improves the heat transfer efficiency. Product  Introduction:

This project adopts Ruiding’s salt-containing wastewater incineration system. Since the incinerated materials contain inorganic salts, the result flue gas exhibits both high dust concentration and corrosive properties that can damage metal components.

 

The GGH heat exchanger used in this project uses Rayton's bulging plates as heat exchange elements. By controlling the flow rate, spacing, plate height, etc. on the flue gas side, the dust accumulation problem on the flue gas side of the heat exchanger is effectively controlled. In this project, the cold side of the heat exchanger is air, and the hot side is high-dust flue gas.
