In this type of product, the presence of impurities in the exhaust gas or high-temperature slabs is easy to adhere to the plate and cause blockage, so regular cleaning is required. However, conventional plate heat exchangers are limited by their manufacturing process and cannot withstand high pressures. They can only rely on large amounts of water for flushing, which not only has limited cleaning effects, but also causes high water waste and increased costs. To address this problem, by improving the manufacturing process, an air-to-air pillow plate heat exchanger with high pressure bearing capacity on the slab side is designed, which can support chemical boiling and washing processes, thereby significantly saving cleaning costs and improving cleaning efficiency.
