The innovative pressure-resistant gas-gas pillow plate heat exchanger has achieved innovation through three process breakthroughs. It uses laser welding + titanium-based composite coating technology to increase the pressure resistance level of the plate side to 2.5MPa (ASME standard certification); develops a multi-stage chemical boiling and washing system (pH3-11 adaptive cleaning agent + 0.8Hz pulse jet) to increase the single cleaning efficiency by 60%; configures a closed-loop cleaning module, and achieves zero wastewater discharge through a waste liquid evaporation and crystallization device (in compliance with ISO14064 environmental protection certification).
