Overview:

The incineration boiler integrates waste heat recovery and flue gas purification dual systems. The water-cooled wall is equipped with a rapid cooling spray device to quickly inhibit the formation of dioxins. The evaporator adopts anti-corrosion coated tube bundle technology (ND steel + aluminizing process), which is resistant to corrosive media and combined with low-temperature smoke exhaust design to meet the emission standards for hazardous waste incineration.

Product  Introduction:

The incineration boiler integrates a waste heat recovery + flue gas purification dual-function system. The water-cooled wall section has a reserved quench spray interface, which can reduce the 1300℃ flue gas to below 800℃ within 3 seconds to block the formation of dioxins. The evaporators 1 and 2 use anti-corrosion coated tube bundles (ND steel + aluminizing process), which can withstand corrosive media such as HCl and SOx. With a 170℃ low-temperature exhaust design, it meets the GB18484 hazardous waste incineration emission standard.
