In response to the high steam quality requirements in the fields of fine chemicals, biopharmaceuticals, etc., this incineration boiler adopts suspended water-cooled wall anti-disturbance technology and a three-stage superheater joint control system to achieve precise temperature control and efficient heat energy conversion; through the composite pipe economizer design and optimized feed water preheating process, the stability of the thermal system and fuel utilization rate are improved, taking into account industrial-grade clean production and environmental protection and energy-saving requirements.

Product  Introduction:

In response to the high steam quality requirements of fine chemicals, biopharmaceuticals, etc., the incinerator adopts the suspended water-cooled wall anti-disturbance technology (full membrane seal + hydraulic damper), combined with the three-stage superheater PID joint control system (high temperature section feedforward compensation + medium temperature section fine adjustment + low temperature section precision control), to achieve a 435℃ steam temperature control accuracy of ±1.5℃. The economizer adopts the countercurrent-downstream composite pipe layout (three sets of independent flow channels), combined with a high feed water temperature of 104℃, to increase the fuel calorific value utilization rate to 92.2%.
