Overview:

The incineration boiler adopts high-temperature combustion technology and is suitable for treating highly polluted media such as chemical waste liquid, waste gas, and solid waste, and simultaneously realizes heat recovery and harmless emission. Its single-unit steam production capacity covers 5~200 tons/hour, thermal efficiency can reach more than 85%, and exhaust temperature is ≤150℃. Product  Introduction:

This ‌medium-temperature, medium-pressure steam boiler‌ adopts a ‌single drum horizontal natural circulation design‌ with a ‌suspended furnace and membrane water-cooled walls‌, while the rear-section superheater, air preheaters, and economizer utilize a ‌supported arrangement‌ . 

Key components include:
(1) Burner‌: Combines fuel (natural gas/heavy components) with preheated air from air preheaters for combustion ‌
(2) Furnace‌: High-temperature flue gas transfers heat to water-cooled walls and superheaters ‌
(3) Steam Drum‌: Mounted on the top steel frame, coordinating water circulation and steam separation ‌
(4) Multi-stage Heat Exchangers‌: High/medium/low-temperature superheaters, four air preheaters, and three economizers ‌

 

Operational Process:
(1) Combustion‌:Fuel and preheated air enter the furnace through the burner, generating flue gas at ~1,280°C ‌.
(2) Heat Transfer‌:Flue gas sequentially heats: Water-cooled walls (radiative heat transfer), High/medium/low-temperature superheaters (convective heat transfer), Air preheaters and economizers (residual heat recovery) ‌

(3) Emission Control‌:Cooled flue gas (124°C/146°C) exits to purification systems ‌.
