Product  Introduction:

This boiler is a medium-temperature medium-pressure steam boiler, which adopts a single drum, horizontal type, chamber combustion, and natural circulation boiler. The furnace and membrane water-cooled wall adopt a suspended structure, and the tail superheater, evaporator and economizer adopt a supporting structure. It mainly includes burners, furnaces, drums, water-cooled walls, superheaters, evaporators, economizers, main pipelines, steel frames and platform escalators, etc. The drum is located at the highest point and supported on the top steel frame. The boiler is mainly used to treat the exhaust gas generated in the production process of users, and at the same time produces some steam, which can be used to supply production steam.

 

The waste gas enters the furnace after passing through a special burner for full combustion. The high-temperature flue gas first flows through the water-cooled wall for heat exchange and then enters the tail flue, and then flows through the high-temperature superheater, low-temperature superheater, two sets of evaporators and economizer in turn before entering the flue gas purification treatment device. Among them, the superheater, two sets of evaporators and economizer are modular structures.
