Overview:

The pillow-shaped plate heat exchanger adopts a unique pillow-shaped concave and convex plate design. The convex and concave surfaces of adjacent plates are welded together through a fully welded process to form a closed three-dimensional flow channel. This structure allows the hot and cold fluids to flow in a cross-flow on both sides of the plate, and uses the concave and convex surfaces to force the fluid to generate turbulence, effectively destroying the boundary layer, and improving the heat transfer efficiency by more than 30% compared to traditional flat plate heat exchangers. Its compact plate stacking design can be flexibly combined according to the heat exchange requirements to meet the needs of efficient heat exchange under different working conditions.

Pillow plate heat exchanger consists of two metal sheets, which are welded together by continuous laser welding. This panel-type heat exchanger can be made in an endless range of shapes and sizes. It is ideally suited for applications involving high pressures and temperature extremes, provides the highly efficient heat transfer performance.
