Brief Introduction:
One of the core components of Jiangsu Ruiding's catalytic incineration device is the plate heat exchanger. The cold side of the heat exchanger is the exhaust gas, whose components are propylene, propane, formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, acrolein, acetic acid, acrylic acid, etc., and the hot side is the hot flue gas after the catalytic reaction.
Since the catalyst is very sensitive to the reaction temperature, temperature deviation will lead to reduced reaction efficiency; in this type of project, the exhaust gas preheater stabilizes the temperature before and after the catalytic reaction within ±2℃ of the design temperature.
