Brief Introduction:
The core configuration of Jiangsu Ruiding catalytic incineration device is a plate heat exchanger, the cold side of which treats waste gas containing propylene organic matter and aldehydes/organic acid compounds (VOCs concentration 4.2-16.3%LEL), and the hot side is connected to 480-520℃ catalytic post-purification flue gas. Due to the high temperature sensitivity of the catalyst (design temperature ±2℃ control requirement), the integrated waste gas preheating system achieves temperature fluctuation ≤±1.8℃ (GB/T 20109 standard verification).
