Overview:

For different media characteristics, the heat exchanger provides multiple material options: 304/316L stainless steel is used for conventional working conditions, Hastelloy and titanium are optional for acid and alkali resistant media, and nickel-based alloys can be used for high temperature and high pressure scenarios. The plate thickness is customized according to the pressure level (0.5-3mm), and the fully automatic welding process is used to ensure stable operation under extreme conditions such as -196℃ to 350℃, strong corrosion, high viscosity, etc., to achieve efficient thermal management of various fluids.

Brief  Introduction:

One of the core components of Jiangsu Ruiding's catalytic incineration device is the plate heat exchanger. The cold side of the heat exchanger is the exhaust gas, whose components are propylene, propane, formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, acrolein, acetic acid, acrylic acid, etc., and the hot side is the hot flue gas after the catalytic reaction.

 

Since the catalyst is very sensitive to the reaction temperature, temperature deviation will lead to reduced reaction efficiency; in this type of project, the exhaust gas preheater stabilizes the temperature before and after the catalytic reaction within ±2℃ of the design temperature.

Advantages:
