Overview:

The incineration boiler is designed for extremely high-temperature flue gas conditions, and adopts a three-stage gradient heat exchange system (water-cooled wall → double evaporator → economizer) and a modular high-temperature resistant structure to achieve deep recovery of waste heat. The water-cooled wall uses composite coating and enhanced heat transfer tube bundle technology, combined with the segmented expansion structure design of the evaporator, to ensure stable output of saturated steam under low-pressure conditions, which is suitable for ultra-high temperature industrial scenarios such as glass melting furnaces and metal smelting.

Product  Introduction:

This incinerator is designed for extreme flue gas conditions of 1300℃. It adopts a three-stage gradient heat exchange system (water-cooled wall → double evaporator → economizer) and a modular high-temperature resistant structure to achieve extreme waste heat recovery from 1300℃ to 170℃. The water-cooled wall adopts silicon carbide composite coating + serpentine tube enhanced heat exchange technology, combined with the segmented expansion design of evaporators one and two, to stably output 179.9℃ saturated steam under 0.9MPa low pressure conditions, suitable for ultra-high temperature industrial scenes such as glass melting furnaces and metal smelting.
