Overview:

This special boiler is specially designed for the incineration of chlorine/sulfur chemical hazardous waste flue gas. It adopts anti-corrosion reinforced structure and graded temperature control technology to ensure stable operation in acidic gas environment. It resists acidic gas erosion through a one-channel corrosion-resistant casting layer and a four-channel corrosion-resistant tube bundle; the second and third channels integrate rapid cooling and ammonia spray interfaces to achieve rapid cooling of flue gas and avoid the risk of dioxin resynthesis; the end section is equipped with an enamel economizer to resist low-temperature dew point corrosion, extend the life of the equipment, and take into account the safety of high-temperature incineration and the efficiency of waste heat recovery.

Product  Introduction:

The special boiler designed for the incineration of chlorine/sulfur-containing chemical waste adopts an anti-corrosion reinforced structure (one-channel silicon carbide castable + four-channel ND steel evaporation tube bundle), which can withstand corrosion from acidic gases such as HCl and SOx. The two- and three-channel cavity structure reserves a rapid cooling ammonia injection interface, which can reduce the flue gas from 950℃ to below 600℃ to avoid the temperature range of dioxin resynthesis; the five-channel is equipped with a three-stage enamel economizer, which resists low-temperature dew point corrosion under 200℃ exhaust conditions, and the equipment life is extended by 50%.
