Product  Introduction:

This special boiler is based on a vertical open-air integrated architecture (drum in the center + economizer/superheater vertical stacking). Through the box-type economizer quick-release interface (flange seal + slide rail positioning), the second/third/fourth-stage economizer module can be replaced independently, and the maintenance downtime is shortened by 70%. It adopts a multi-media collaborative temperature control system (water-cooled wall radiation heat exchange + superheater convection heat exchange), and stably outputs 400℃ superheated steam under 4.6MPa high-pressure conditions, with a temperature fluctuation of ≤±5℃, meeting the production needs of fine chemicals and special materials.
