Product  Introduction:

This special boiler is designed for the utilization of waste heat from the incineration of gas and liquid waste in the chemical industry. Through the vertical gravity-driven fluid circulation system, the recovered energy is converted into low-pressure saturated steam and connected to the whole plant pipeline network to meet the thermal energy needs of continuous production.


This system adopts a vertical five-stage flue gas treatment path and a self-driven water circulation architecture. The cooled flue gas after heat exchange can be directed to the downstream purification unit. Its core structure integrates the natural circulation framework of a single steam drum with an open-air modular layout, and sets up five differentiated heat exchange zones:


‌One-stage enhanced heat storage section‌ (channel 1): a limited cooling water-cooled wall system lined with refractory castables to ensure the molten salt slag discharge condition of the bottom ash hopper flue gas temperature ≥ 950℃


‌Two-stage phase change control section‌ (channel 2-3): a cavity-type rapid cooling structure that cools the flue gas to the threshold area of ​​100℃ below the ash melting point in steps to avoid the risk of coking on the tail heating surface


‌Evaporation enhancement section‌ (channel 4): a double-circuit evaporation unit integrated at the top


‌Terminal energy extraction section‌ (channel 5): equipped with a primary superheater and a three-stage economizer group


The flue gas path follows the reverse heat exchange logic - after gradient energy extraction from the top inlet of channel 1, it is finally discharged horizontally from the bottom of channel 5, forming a stepped waste heat recovery topology.
