Product Introduction:
QC18/1200-14.4-1.2/220 waste heat boiler is used to utilize the waste heat of flue gas after the incineration of waste gas and waste liquid in chemical plants. It produces low-pressure saturated steam and integrates it into the steam network of the whole plant to meet the needs of production process.
This special boiler is arranged vertically and the water circulation is natural circulation. The waste heat flue gas after cooling by the waste heat boiler enters the next process for treatment.
This special boiler adopts single drum natural circulation, open-air layout, and has five-level flue gas channels. Channels 1 to 4 are full membrane water-cooled wall structures:Channel 1 is covered with castables for limited cooling to maintain the bottom slag hopper flue gas temperature ≥950℃ to ensure molten salt liquid slag discharge; Channels 2 and 3 are cavity structures to cool the flue gas to 100℃ below the ash melting point to avoid slagging and blockage of the tail heating surface; Channel 4 has a two-stage evaporator on the top; Channel 5 is equipped with a first-stage superheater and a third-stage economizer. Flue gas enters from the top of channel 1 and is discharged horizontally from the bottom of channel 5 after cascade heat exchange.
