Overview:

This special boiler is designed for high-temperature flue gas containing molten salt generated by the incineration of waste liquid/waste gas in chemical plants. It adopts a five-stage cascade temperature control structure, and achieves a stable transformation from molten state to solid ash through graded treatments such as castable protective layer, cavity slow cooling and enhanced heat exchange. The first stage maintains high temperature to ensure continuous slag discharge in the molten salt liquid state, and the middle stage cavity is precisely temperature-controlled to below the ash melting point to avoid the risk of coking at the tail end; the last stage uses an integrated heat exchange design of evaporator, superheater and economizer to efficiently recover waste heat and significantly reduce the exhaust temperature, taking into account both incineration stability and comprehensive utilization of thermal energy.

Product  Introduction:

In view of the 1200℃ flue gas containing molten salt generated by the incineration of waste liquid/waste gas in chemical plants, this special boiler adopts a five-level cascade temperature control structure (one channel castable protection layer + two and three channels cavity slow cooling + four and five channels enhanced heat exchange) to achieve stable treatment of the whole process from molten state to solid ash slag.

 

The inner wall of the first channel is covered with castables to maintain the bottom flue gas temperature ≥950℃, ensuring continuous slag discharge of molten salt liquid; the second and third channel cavity design accurately controls the flue gas temperature to 100℃ below the ash melting point to avoid the risk of coking on the tail heating surface; the four-channel is arranged with dual evaporators for rapid heat absorption, and the five-channel integrates superheaters and three-stage economizers, and the final exhaust gas temperature is reduced to 200℃, with a waste heat recovery efficiency of 84.7%.
