This special boiler integrates a dual-mode waste heat recovery system (radiation heat exchange chamber + convection heat exchange chamber), and through the variable section flue adjustment technology (electric damper + pressure feedback), it can flexibly switch the flue gas treatment mode of different processes such as chemical industry and metallurgy. The box-type economizer is equipped with a three-stage condensate preheating unit (104℃ feed water is gradually heated to 180℃), combined with the open-air layout anti-freeze design (electric heating + insulation layer), to achieve continuous operation throughout the year at an ambient temperature of -30℃ to 50℃.
