Product Introduction:

This boiler is a ‌single-drum, horizontally arranged‌, medium-pressure natural circulation steam boiler, featuring an ‌all-membrane water-cooled furnace‌ structure with dual cooling chambers (Primary and Secondary). It incorporates a ‌high-temperature superheater (Primary Pass)‌ and ‌low-temperature superheater (Secondary Pass)‌, separated by a spray-type desuperheater‌. Waste heat flue gas sequentially exchanges heat with the membrane walls and superheaters.Feedwater enters the water-cooled wall system via the drum through a ‌central downcomer‌, generating saturated steam after steam-water separation, which is further heated by the superheater to output superheated steam‌.Key structural features include:
