Waste heat boilers can be used in conjunction with gas turbines to recover high-temperature exhaust waste heat to generate steam to drive steam turbines for power generation, thereby increasing the overall efficiency of combined cycle power plants to more than 60%, making them suitable for cogeneration and distributed energy projects.

Product Introduction:

The QC67.7/1100-42.2-2.0 waste heat boiler is designed for recovering thermal energy from flue gases generated by the incineration of waste gases and liquids in chemical plants. It produces low-pressure saturated steam, which is integrated into the plant-wide steam distribution network to meet process requirements.

 

This boiler features a vertical arrangement with a natural water circulation system. The waste flue gas, after being cooled in the waste heat boiler, proceeds to the next stage of processing.

 

This waste heat boiler adopts a single-drum design with natural water circulation and outdoor arrangement, featuring a compact structure and small footprint.

 

The boiler consists of four gas passes (located before the dust removal and SCR systems). The first and second passes employ complete membrane-walled cavity structures, while the third pass contains two-stage evaporators and is also enclosed by membrane walls. The fourth pass is equipped with five vertically arranged economizer stages (Economizer A). Waste heat flue gas enters horizontally through the lower section of the front wall in the first pass. After heat exchange, it exits horizontally from the lower part of the fourth pass.

 

Following dust removal (a process external to the boiler system), the flue gas enters the SCR denitrification equipment (both dust removal and SCR systems are not part of the boiler). The denitrified flue gas is then directed to Economizer B for further cooling before being discharged through the chimney.
