The low-temperature economizer (below) is an external insulation modular box structure. The box material is Q235B, and the box is supported on the frame beam by four legs. The pressure part is equipped with 34 groups of tube rows, with 16 rows in the longitudinal direction. It adopts a finned tube structure. The base tube specification is Ф42x4, the material is 20G (GB/T5310), and the fin material is ST12. The inlet and outlet header specifications are Ф219x16, and the header material is 20G (GB/T5310). The heating surface is arranged in horizontal serpentine tubes, in series, and countercurrent.
The heat transfer surface employs a horizontal serpentine tube layout in staggered alignment with counterflow configuration. To mitigate severe ash accumulation that would compromise thermal performance, the unit incorporates four soot blower connection ports for installation of shock wave soot blowers.
