Product Introduction:

This boiler system is specially designed for the recovery of waste heat from high-temperature flue gas in the incineration device. Three-stage evaporator modules (evaporation sections 1, 2, and 3) and economizers are arranged in sequence along the flue gas flow, producing 2.0MPa, 214.8℃ saturated steam (50.5t/h). Through the coordinated heat exchange of graded evaporation and economizer, the dual goals of process steam and efficient energy utilization are achieved.

 

This waste heat boiler adopts a horizontal layout, with steam drum, evaporation section 1, evaporation section 2, evaporation section 3 and economizer, and the heating surface equipment adopts a modular structure.
