Overview:
The waste heat boiler is based on a 3D foldable modular architecture, which enables embedded installation in non-standard spaces and is suitable for waste gas recovery from discrete heat sources such as food factory ovens and paper mill cooking tanks. The welding-free fast alignment technology is used to reduce the floor space by 38% compared with traditional solutions, and it has a hot-swappable expansion interface (in compliance with ISO14461 standards), which supports 1:1 synchronous capacity expansion of the waste gas recovery unit and production equipment during production line transformation, and ensures that the system pressure loss fluctuation is ≤3% when multiple modules are connected in parallel through the intelligent waste gas flow control algorithm.

Based on the П-type two-stage thermal protection architecture (front water cooling protection section to isolate 1280℃ flue gas impact + rear water cooling section to stabilize heat flow distribution), the innovative use of multi-stage steam confluence technology (self-produced saturated steam 38.95t/h + external steam 26.35t/h) and dual-medium heat network supply system (external hot water 26.89t/h) realizes the closed loop of heat-electricity-water trigeneration of methanol to olefins (DMTO) unit. Through the high-temperature superheater-low-temperature superheater gradient heat exchange design (water spray desuperheater precise temperature control ±5℃) and the five-level heating surface modular layout (evaporation section + high/low temperature economizer), the 78000Nm³/h ultra-high temperature flue gas waste heat is converted into 65.3t/h industrial steam (4.5MPa, 420℃), the exhaust gas temperature is reduced to 170℃, and the heat recovery efficiency is 18% higher than that of traditional boilers, which is suitable for the carbon capture and energy cascade utilization needs of chemical parks.
