Overview:
The waste heat boiler needle can be customized according to the high-temperature flue gas (above 1200℃) of the glass industry's furnace. It adopts an enhanced heat exchange structure to effectively recover heat energy and reduce flue gas dust adhesion, extend equipment life, and help glass factories save energy and reduce consumption.

This waste heat boiler is used to recover the waste heat of high-temperature flue gas generated in the CO incinerator of the methanol to olefins unit (DMTO unit), producing 65.3t/h (4.5MPa, 420℃) medium-pressure superheated steam. The superheated steam produces 38.95t/h of saturated steam and 26.35t/h of external saturated steam. 26.89t/h of hot water is transported outward from the preheating boiler feed water to meet the requirements of the unit's process steam and energy saving and consumption reduction.
The waste heat boiler adopts the "П" type structural layout, equipped with a steam drum, a front water-cooled protection section and a rear water-cooled protection section system. The heating surface system adopts a modular structural design, and the high-temperature superheater, low-temperature superheater, evaporation section, high-temperature economizer and low-temperature economizer are arranged in sequence. In order to accurately control the temperature of superheated steam, a water spray cooling and regulating device is set between the high-temperature and low-temperature superheaters; at the same time, a shock wave soot blowing system is configured between all heating surface module units to continuously remove the dust on the surface of the heat exchange tube bundle through high-frequency shock waves, effectively maintaining the heat transfer efficiency of the heating surface.
