Overview:

Designed specifically for high-energy consumption industries such as steel and metallurgy, the membrane wall boiler is made of high-strength alloy steel, with a pressure bearing capacity of more than 10MPa and long-term tolerance of 800℃ high temperature. The closed membrane wall structure eliminates flue gas leakage and has excellent heat conduction efficiency, which is suitable for waste heat recovery systems and significantly improves industrial energy utilization.

Product Introduction:

Structure: Single drum horizontal medium-pressure natural circulation boiler, full membrane water-cooled furnace suspended on the steel frame top plate, external support drum; furnace is divided into the first and second cooling chambers (membrane wall separation), with ash drop outlet, high and low temperature superheaters are placed in two channels, with water spray desuperheater in between.

Flue gas flow: waste heat flue gas → membrane wall → superheater tube bundle heat exchange.

Water vapor cycle: feed water → drum → downcomer → membrane wall → upcomer → drum (steam-water separation → saturated steam → superheater → superheated steam → pipe network); drum water is replenished to the lower header through the downcomer to complete the natural cycle.
