Product Introduction:

Based on the suspension-support composite steel frame (external drum + membrane wall full suspension) and modular water vapor circulation unit (downcomer/header pre-assembled), the system can be put into operation in 15 days with 104℃ feed water and 400℃ steam output. The system integrates the two-stage superheater intelligent temperature control system (high temperature section coarse adjustment + low temperature section fine control + desuperheater dynamic compensation), and maintains the exhaust gas temperature error of ±10℃ under 80-100% load fluctuation, meeting the waste heat recovery needs of glass melting furnaces, coking production lines, etc. that require rapid transformation and have variable working conditions.
