Overview:
The membrane wall boiler adopts a vertical membrane wall radiation section and realizes efficient heat transfer through fully sealed radiation heat exchange. Its surface high temperature tolerance is suitable for flue gas environments above 1300℃. At the same time, it is fixed to the tail steel frame in combination with the single steam drum high-position suspension design, which significantly simplifies the support structure and improves the overall stability of the system. The thermal system uses a five-stage countercurrent economizer to synergistically enhance the flue gas waste heat recovery capacity to achieve ultra-low temperature smoke exhaust conditions, and adopts spiral fin tube bundles and staggered superheaters to further improve steam temperature and heat transfer efficiency, fully adapting to the medium-pressure steam parameter requirements.

Based on the vertical thermal architecture of the vertical membrane wall radiation section + five-stage counterflow economizer, the single steam drum high-position suspension design (fixed on the tail steel frame) is adopted, and the ultra-low temperature smoke exhaust condition of 194℃ is achieved through the membrane wall fully sealed radiation heat exchange (surface temperature tolerance 1300℃) and the five-stage economizer counterflow coordination. The superheater adopts the spiral fin tube bundle + staggered layout, which raises the steam temperature to 450℃ under the medium pressure of 4.2MPa, and is suitable for glass kilns, metallurgical blast furnaces and other flue gas waste heat recovery scenarios above 1300℃.
