The membrane wall boiler uses a vertical modular pre-assembled structure to independently assemble core units such as the membrane wall, superheater and economizer, significantly shortening the construction period and improving deployment flexibility; it integrates an intelligent water-steam joint control system (DCS+edge computing) to dynamically optimize the water-steam cycle and thermal parameters to ensure rapid commissioning and stable operation of the system. It adopts a five-stage economizer dual-medium switching technology to support efficient switching between steam and hot water co-production modes and enhance the flue gas waste heat recovery capacity; at the same time, the surface of the membrane wall radiation section is covered with a self-cleaning nano-ceramic coating, which can operate stably for a long time in a high-dust environment and reduce maintenance requirements.

Product Introduction:

The membrane wall boiler uses a vertical modular pre-installed structure (membrane wall/superheater/economizer independent functional units) and an intelligent water-steam joint control system (DCS+edge computing) to achieve a 30t/h boiler that can be put into operation in 20 days.

 

The five-stage economizer adopts dual-medium switching technology (water/thermal oil dual flow channels) and a high feed water temperature of 105°C to support the switching of steam-hot water cogeneration mode (response time <10 minutes). The membrane wall radiation section is equipped with a self-cleaning coating (nano-ceramic material) to maintain continuous operation for more than 8,000 hours in flue gas with a dust content of ≤50g/Nm³.
