Overview:

The membrane wall boiler uses a chambered membrane wall radiation heat exchange architecture, combined with dual-channel superheater separation technology and a cross-chamber water spray cooling joint control system to achieve precise thermal control of high-temperature flue gas. The surface of the membrane water-cooled wall is optimized through flow channel optimization to form turbulent enhanced heat exchange, which significantly improves the heat recovery efficiency. At the same time, it uses high-temperature resistant and corrosion-resistant materials and structural design to adapt to high-dust and highly corrosive industrial flue gas environments. The integrated intelligent joint control system dynamically adjusts thermal parameters to ensure stable system operation.

Product Introduction:

The chamber-type membrane wall radiation heat exchange architecture (high temperature section of the first cooling chamber + buffer section of the second cooling chamber) is adopted, and the dual-channel superheater split technology (900℃ tolerance of high temperature section/dynamic temperature adjustment of low temperature section) and the cross-chamber water spraying and temperature reduction joint control system are used to achieve precise control of the process exhaust temperature of 500-550℃.

 

When the waste heat flue gas passes through the 35256Nm³/h large-flux flow channel, turbulence is formed on the surface of the membrane water-cooled wall to enhance heat exchange, and the thermal efficiency is increased to 53.5% (8% higher than that of conventional waste heat boilers), which is suitable for industrial waste heat recovery scenarios containing high dust/strongly corrosive flue gas such as metallurgical kilns and chemical cracking.
