Its gradient composite heat exchange technology is based on a graded heat recovery path (high-temperature flue gas radiation heat exchange → phase change heat absorption → countercurrent heat recovery), which realizes the step-by-step deep utilization of flue gas heat, significantly reduces the exhaust temperature and improves thermal efficiency. The surface of the water-cooled wall is integrated with high-temperature resistant and corrosion-resistant strengthening materials (such as silicon carbide ceramic coating), which can withstand ultra-high temperature flue gas erosion and high-dust, highly corrosive industrial environments, and is suitable for harsh waste heat recovery scenarios such as metallurgy and chemical industry.
