The membrane wall boiler uses an open-air all-weather protection architecture (anti-corrosion steel frame + pipeline electric heating system) and an intelligent thermal joint control platform (DCS + edge computing) to achieve precise control of steam temperature at 184℃±3℃ under 8320Nm³/h high-flow flue gas conditions. The evaporator uses a spiral enhanced heat transfer tube bundle (heat transfer coefficient increased by 25%), combined with the economizer dual-medium flow channel switching technology (water/thermal oil), to support steam-hot water dual-mode output, meeting the needs of chemical, textile and other scenarios that require rapid switching of energy forms.
