Product Introduction:

Structure: Single-drum vertical membrane wall boiler, from top to bottom, there are drum, water-cooled wall, superheater, economizer (including main pipeline), and the drum is located at the top of the tail steel structure.

Flue gas flow: Waste heat flue gas enters from the water-cooled wall radiation section → heat exchange with the superheater tube bundle → enters the subsequent treatment device → heat exchange through economizers 1, 2, and 3 step by step.

Water circulation: Feed water passes through economizer 3 → 2 → 1 → drum → downcomer → membrane wall → upcomer → drum (steam-water separation → saturated steam → superheater → superheated steam → pipe network); drum water is supplemented to the lower header of the water-cooled wall through the downcomer to complete the natural circulation.
