Overview:
This waste heat boiler is specially designed for heat recovery of industrial waste gas. Product Introduction:
This waste heat boiler is used to recover the high-temperature flue gas waste heat generated in the CO incinerator of the methanol to olefins unit (DMTO unit) to produce 52.7t/h (4.1MPa, 420℃) medium-pressure superheated steam. The superheated steam produces 30.25t/h of saturated steam and 22.45t/h of external saturated steam. 22.9t/h of hot water is transported outward from the preheating boiler feed water to meet the requirements of the unit's process steam and energy saving and consumption reduction.
This waste heat boiler adopts a "П" type layout, with a steam drum, a front water protection section, a rear water protection section, a high-temperature superheater, a low-temperature superheater, an evaporation section, a high-temperature economizer and a low-temperature economizer. The heating surface equipment adopts a modular structure. In order to facilitate the adjustment and control of the steam temperature at the outlet of the superheater, a water spray desuperheater is set between the high and low-temperature superheaters. In order to timely remove the dust accumulation in the heat exchange tube and ensure the heat transfer effect of the heating surface, a shock wave soot blower is arranged between each heating surface module.
