Overview:
A large amount of high-temperature waste gas is generated during the chemical production process. This waste heat boiler uses special materials and anti-corrosion structure to effectively recover waste heat from reactors, cracking furnaces and other equipment, generate steam for process or power generation, and improve the comprehensive utilization rate of energy.

This waste heat boiler is designed for high-temperature flue gas waste heat recovery of the CO incinerator of the catalytic cracking unit of the refinery. Through the efficient heat exchange system, it generates 95.6t/h (pressure 3.9MPa, temperature 440℃) of medium-pressure superheated steam. Its steam source consists of two parts: 56.2t/h of saturated steam produced by the system itself and 39.4t/h of saturated steam supplied from the outside. In addition, the boiler converts the feed water into 26.89t/h of high-temperature hot water for external output through the preheating process, realizing the process steam demand of the unit and the cascade utilization of energy at the same time, significantly reducing the overall energy consumption.
The waste heat boiler adopts the "П" type structural layout, equipped with a steam drum, a screen evaporation section, a high temperature/low temperature superheater, a high temperature/low temperature evaporation section and a high temperature/low temperature economizer, and the heating surface adopts a modular design. A water spray cooling device is set between the high-temperature and low-temperature superheaters to accurately control the steam temperature; a shock wave soot blower is configured between the modules to clean the soot in real time through high-frequency shock waves to ensure the stable heat transfer efficiency of the heating surface.
